Delivery costs vary depending on weight, volume and destination. Delivery is never included unless otherwise stated.

The cost of delivery is calculated once you have completed your order and gone to invoicing (checkout). A member of our team will get back to you with the full invoice amount including delivery.

Generally speaking, delivery throughout Quebec of:

1x small item costs $15

1x medium item costs $25

1x large item costs $50 (for example: bike rack)

1x bike costs $100

Returns

1- The delivery cost of returns or items under warranty is always assumed by the customer.

2- We accept returns of new products in their original, undamaged packaging and certain conditions apply on a case-by-case basis. A 10% restocking fee is charged to the customer for an exchange or refund.
